Upon arriving at the hotel with my elderly parents, we were immediately impressed by the level of service provided. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, as my parents like to have their clothes perfectly pressed. the heating was superb, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. We appreciated the well-stocked tea and coffee facilities, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a hot beverage at any time. the spacious dressing area was a pleasant surprise, providing ample space for us to unpack and settle in. the hotel even had a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for refreshing our clothes after a day of exploring the city. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils made it easy for us to prepare a quick meal when we didn't feel like dining out. the electric kettle was a nice touch, perfect for making a cup of tea in the evening. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV after a long day of sightseeing. the comfortable carpeted floors made the room feel inviting and homely. the location of the hotel was ideal, with numerous restaurants nearby offering a variety of dining options. Overall, our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
